Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Cancel anytime, but annual plans save you 20% vs monthly billing.

Is there discount for non profit school or organization?

Yes, we do. Kindly schedule a virtual call via LINK or click the free demo. Our team will discuss the details over the call. Term & conditions applies. 

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?

Yes! The base plan is RM100/month for 100 members. Extra members are billed at RM0.50/month per member (RM3/year).

What happens if my organization grows beyond 100 members?

No problem! You’ll only pay RM10 per additional member per year beyond the 100-member base limit. For example:

  • 200 members: RM1000 (base) + (100 extra × RM10) = RM2,000/year
  • 250 members: RM1000 (base) + (150 extra × RM10) = RM2,500/year
  • 1000 members:  RM1000 (base) + (900 member extra × RM10) = RM10,000/year
Why is there a minimum add-on of 100 members?

This ensures we can provide the same high-quality service and support as your organization grows.

Can I mix annual and monthly billing?

Yes! For example, you can pay the base plan annually (RM1000) and the add-ons monthly (RM1/member).

How is billing handled if we exceed the limit mid-year?

We’ll automatically pro-rate charges for extra members based on the remaining months in your billing cycle.
Example:

  • If you add 100 members halfway through your annual plan:

    • Extra cost = (100 × RM1) × (6 months remaining / 12) = RM600

Is there a penalty for exceeding the 100-member limit?

Absolutely not! You only pay for the extra members you use. There are no hidden fees or penalties.

Can we upgrade mid-term if we need more members?

Yes! Contact us at [hello@codecapsule.cc], and we’ll adjust your plan immediately. You’ll only pay for the additional members from the date of upgrade.
